Video: How to Start a Food Truck Panel Hosted by The Food Truck Bazaar and Orlando Public Library
The March iteration of the Orange County Public Library System's monthly panel called Small Business Big Ideas was called "How to Start a Food Truck" and was held on Tuesday March 20, 2012 at 6pm at the downtown public library (101 East Central Boulevard Orlando, FL 32801). Mark Baratelli, creator of The Food Truck Bazaar, moderated a panel of Orlando's top gourmet food truck owners including The Yum Yum Cupcake Truck, The Travelling Gourmet, Mamma's Fixins, Fantastic Hummus, Fork in the Road, KBurgers, Twisted Cuban and Melissa's Chicken and Waffles.
