So, the Improv is open again. How about that? This weekend they’re hosting funnyman David Koechner, who’ll be performing every night from Thursday through Sunday. He’s probably best known for his role as sportscaster Champ Kind in Anchorman, the dude who famously woke up on the floor of some Japanese family’s rec room after a big party. You may also have seen him on The Office, or in Waiting…, Get Smart and Extract.
In addition to his screen acting, Koechner also has a rich background in improv, performing at a lot of L.A.’s most popular comedy nights. He’s made videos for Funny or Die, and his 'The Naked Trucker and T-Bones Show’ with Dave ‘Gruber’ Allen is going to be made into a feature film. Check him out at close quarters this weekend!
