Mark Baratelli


Orlando Business Journal named Mark Baratelli a “40 Under 40”, calling him “The Pied Piper of Food Trucks”. The Orlando Weekly said, "If everyone in Orlando who claims to care about the arts had 1 percent of [Mark] Baratelli’s energy and commitment, this city would be a world culture capital." That same newspaper named him 2010 Best Arts Advocate and 2011 + 2012 Best Local Cheerleader.

His event The Food Truck Bazaar won 2012 Best Local Food Event from Edible Orlando Magazine and 2012 Best Monthly Event from YELP Orlando. 
His local Orlando culture blog TheDailyCity.com was named 2013 Best Blog by Orlando Magazine, Orlando Weekly and Yelp Orlando.

Unveiled at Mayor Buddy Dyer's State of Downtown at the Amway Center and later to be hung inside City Hall, this piece of art showcases local community giving. IT was created for Mayor Dyer's "Why I Love Orlando" campaign. A plaque next to it explains what each person has given to the city.
