March 29, 2010 | One of our Live Events Coordinators, Amanda Chadwick, had the unique opportunity to ride in the MetLife blimp named Snoopy One March 25, 2010 thanks to a special arrangement made through the generosity of MetLife. It'd been a dream for her to ride in one since childhood. At 11am at the Orlando Executive Airport, it came true!
MetLife welcomed her on board and brought along two guests whose names are familiar with readers of this blog: Brian Feldman and Thomas Thorspecken. The blimp was in Orlando to cover the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill March 25-28, 2010. We would like to thank MetLife and Geoff Spies for this amazing opportunity. Nice pics! As a MetLife employee who has been close to the blimp several times on the ground, I can tell you that thousands of us MetLifers would have loved to had the chance you did.
I'm so happy for you Amanda! It's great to know that dreams do come ture. Here's wishing you many more in the future. From one of your Team Member.
