The American Federal Building (The Round Building) sits on the site of the upcoming Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. A competition was held by Central Florida Modern to repurpose the building's brise soleil.

Scooter shops are popping up in several neighborhoods, including downtown. This one is an art space as well.

Dave Ballentine called the downtown branch of the Orange County Library System a "homeless day care center."

The scooter shop is gone, but do a feature on the restroom interion at Blank Space.
