Orlando restaurant critic Scott Joseph is giving a talk about making a guest experience "sizzle" November 13, 2009, 8:30am-11am, at the Disney Entrepreneur Center (Landmark One Building, 315 East Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida). The admission ($10 for non-Buy Local Orlando Members) includes a continental breakfast. His tips probably pertain to other industries (like the performing arts hello) so I say for ten bucks, go.
