Pathological curiousity. The important thing is he was caught. Apologies for a moot point.
I had no idea any of this was going on and thought I would have a nice easy drive down to the Florida Mall to get some stuff. Before I got on I-4, I noticed the sign said all lanes blocked, so I figured it was a bad accident or something. I took Orange Ave up instead towards Downtown and was quite surprised and confused to come to a roadblock with several police officers holding huge rifles.
Turned on the radio and quickly found out what had happened. Really scary.
