Remeber when we you told you about the original screenprints being made by Lure for every single movie in the Cult Classics series at Enzian? Well, hot off the interweb-press, we present to you the newest one, designed by artist Billy Davis! The film its based on is "Life of Brian." You can buy it for ten bucks at Enzian at the Life of Brian screening, which only costs five. Tuesday July 14, 9:30pm.

"Monty Python delivers a scathing, anarchic satire of both religion and Hollywood's depiction of all things biblical with their second--and tightest--full-length film." Read more about the film here.

"Life Of Brian" is my favorite Python film. They tested a new writing style in "Holy Grail" with sketches-as-scenes... "Life Of Brian" takes it to the next level, with each hysterical bit able to stand alone, and yet the whole film (and its message) is greater than the sum of its parts. I feel like "Meaning Of Life" was a step backwards, return to a straight sketch format.

This poster is designed by Billy Davis, one swell illustrator and friend of Lure.
