Space for rent: $100/month

Investigate this ad on craigslist advertising cheap space for rent in a building at 1013 E colonial at Mills and 50. It got sent to me by a reader. Might be good for individual artists or arts groups. It's downtown.

"You can rent a 6X6 space for $100 a month or 10 x 10 space for $150 a month. Each space is equally exposed (or hidden if you decide to hang a drape or something) to the high traffic of Colonial Drive. Huge wall to ceiling storefront windows...everyone sees you! Hundreds of people come in to the casting agency and other businesses each week. Each artist is given an opportunity to use the entire downstairs space ( 5,000 sq. ft) for a gallery or private event. Monthly rental fee includes a permanent space for your work/materials and comfort utilities (A/C, heat, electric...etc.) Space is really limited----only a few spots left before names are taken on the waiting list."
