Rollins College Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center has a survey below about cost-cutting for you folks who work for non-profits.

In response to the Philanthropy Center's December 4 event, Adapting to a Changing Economic Climate, many individuals from the nonprofit community expressed a need for more tips on how to cut costs. Please complete our Cost Cutting Survey online to share your nonprofit's most successful cost cutting tip(s) and the dollar amount saved as a result. Responses will be posted as a resource on the Philanthropy Center website.
