I had a similar experience with A+ Van Lines. They are a very small operation (all the complaints on line reference the same handful of people - George, Melanie). They are extremely unprofessional and are looking to scam extra money out of you every way possible. I ended up paying nearly 3x the amount I was initially quoted on the phone (which was supposed to be "all inclusive) because they kept finding extra things that weren't included in the contract. I did sign the contract and I should have checked online or the BBB, which I did not do, but in the hassle of moving and with everything else you have to do some things slip through the cracks. But, they were horrible and took advantage of me and I will find every available forum in which to decimate their reputation. I have moved many times before (including two international moves) and have never been so completely scammed as I was with A+ Van Lines.
